Lease Details
Rent is due on the 1st of each month and has until the 8th to pay. Rent is late on the 9th which is when the late fee will be applied to the account.
At Millennium Green Valley Ranch, you will be auto-enrolled in the Liability Program unless you provide and meet the requirements for personal Renter’s Insurance. The Liability Program is only $15.00 per month. The liability waiver program is not a renter’s insurance policy, and personal property will not be covered. If you choose to provide your own renter’s insurance, you must have at least 100,000 in personal liability coverage and upload your Declaration Page to the resident portal.
What's Included
Water and sewer will be on in the unit and stay under the company name for service. Every home has an individual meter and will be charged monthly for their units usage.

Leasing Process
Apply online by clicking the Apply Now button, select your desired floorplan, move in date and lease term. Complete the online application and add additional applicants or guarantors (if applicable). Once an application is completed, a background, credit and employment screening will take place which tends to take 72 hr or 3 business days. Our team will follow up with you by phone and by email with the next steps.
Yes, $18 plus a $150 holding fee that goes toward the security deposit.

Living at Millennium Green Valley Ranch
Online through resident portal, cashiers check, or money order. Rent is late after the 8th and will only be able to be paid via certified funds.
Water, sewer and community gas will be paid with rent at the beginning of the month. Electricity service provider will be selected by resident.
door-to-door trash services Sunday through Thursday, we will provide the trash bins. No Valet Service on Fridays and Saturdays but we have dumpsters throughout the property should you need to take out your own trash.
