Great move in! Some discrepancies but overall it was okay. Love the convenience of a dog park and a 24 hour gym. Especially the conference rooms.

Everything got fixed within the day. I wasn’t able to meet them but I’m sure they are amazing. My fan is working great. New battery was installed in the thermostat.

10/10 move in process + the maintenance is superb! everybody is friendly and helpful and the neighbors are relaxed and chill. the mountain views are a big bonus also!

Millennium apartments have been such an amazing experience so far since we moved in. Everyone in the front office are so nice and respectful and are very understanding. Such an amazing location right next to the highway which we do not hear any road noises. Couldn't be any more happier!

Anytime I’ve had a maintenance request, it was handled quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciate. The amenities are a big plus, and the common areas are always kept in excellent condition. I also enjoy the sense of community here—neighbors are friendly and respectful, and the environment feels safe and welcoming. The location is very convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and major roads. The community is nice. However, after two months of living here they got rid of the onsite nightly patrol. The gym needs more equipment. The co-working space is a really nice place to get stuff done.

I enjoy the location, it’s definitely a place I will get used to, no encountered problems yet. Move in date & filling out my inventory paper wasn’t the highlight of my time as I was informed it was new and nobody’s lived there just to see all the close up damages.

I love the new parking policies. I can usually find a parking spot near my apartment. The new guy, Ro, is great. A very nice man, super employee, and Lucy loves him! I still wish we had more trash receptacles around the property. I know it would encourage residents to use them. Please put a trash receptacle on the west side near the park benches behind bldng 6/7. That's the hang out spot for the middle schoolers and they NEED a place for their trash. We still have the dog poop problem in the dog park and around the property. My vote is for the cameras to make dog owners accountable. Thank you.

I've been pretty happy with my stay here, the management has been helpful anytime I have issues. I'm very glad they recently added a pet station closer to my building since it was pretty far away before.

Very calm and beautiful apartments with great layout, the appliances are new and big. Rooms are decently sized and have their own walk in closets, bathrooms are very big with lots of cabinets and spaces to put stuff in.

Everything is good with a few exceptions. 1. We need a few more doggie poop stations around the property. 2. We need more permanent trash cans around the property. 3. Landscaping crew needs to trim our trees. The top half of the trees need water and food, so the bottoms need trimming. 4. Residents need more communication and enforcement from MGMT regarding valet trash rules, poop pick up, wristband enforcement, pool rules and times, parking rules, property speed limits, etc. Now that the pool is open residents are inviting too many friends and family members to the pool and there is no room for REAL residents. They are trashing my pool that I'm paying for! Please enforce the rules and the terms of the leases.

I love the community complex and amenities available to me. I was highly impressed with Alexis and Kailey and how helpful and understanding they were with me considering the fact, I was new to the state. I highly recommend it here for anyone looking to move to Denver! The area is nice, 13 min from Denver airport.
